In the early 80's four strangers were put together to perform in the Song for Europe contest, whih they won, and then went on to represent the UK at the Eurovision Song Contest in Ireland. They won that too and went on to beccome a global phenomenon.
Mike Nolan, Cheryl Baker, Jay Aston and Bobby G became household names and had their first number 1 with Making Your Mind Up. With record sales of more than 15 million worldwide and countless music industry awards including 1982 Best Group at the BPI Awards (now the Brits) and an Ivor Novello Award, the band sealed their place in 80's music history.
Thirty six years later, Cheryl, Mike and Jay, original Bucks Fizz members, joined by Bobby McVay, are still touring and showing that The Fizz and their songs are as popular as ever. Audiences old and new love hearing pop classics such as The Land of Make Believe, Making Your Mind Up and My Camera Never Lies, proving that in a world where the charts are dominated by newly manufactured bands, you can't beat the originals.

In the disco explosion of the 70s one of the bands that stood our were Heatwave. Their skill at fusing together disco and funk can be heard in hit songs like Boogie Nights, Always and Forever, and Groove Lines. Songs that can still fill a dance floor to this day.
Despite the line-up of the band altering over the years there is no denying that when they grace the stage they bring energy and excitement as if it was their first ever show. Audiences are sent into a frenzy during their most famous hits showing exactly why this band were as successful as they were.
